Fast delivery and good service shame the cartridges didn't work!

Fast delivery and efficient ordering however, I'm afraid the cartridges did not work in my printer - an error message kept indicating that there was no cartridge inserted. This was disappointing since I had ordered 2 full sets

The cartridges fit and clip in fine , disappointed there was no instructions on what do before loading the cartridges.
The cartridges do not function in the printer . Error messages stating there is a problem with the ink system …. But when I put the hp cartridges back in it works fine . They don’t function in a hp office jet pro 8600 . If I could get through on the contact number I could return the product. I called the number and waited over 40 minutes before I gave up .
