How it works
- Contact us first. Email sales@ink.ie or call +353 (1) 960 9140 to request a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). We cannot process returns without one.
- Pack your items securely. Include your RAN clearly on the outside of the parcel and a note inside with your order number.
- Post it back to us. We recommend asking your local Post Office for a free Certificate of Posting as proof of return.
- We'll process your refund or replacement as soon as your return arrives and is inspected — usually within 3–5 working days.
Faulty or defective items
If a product is faulty, doesn't work in your printer, or is defective in any way, you're entitled to a full refund, replacement or store credit at the price you originally paid.
For faulty returns, we'll cover the return postage — just contact us first so we can arrange it.
Items ordered in error
Bought the wrong cartridge? It happens. We'll accept the return as long as:
- The item is in pristine, resaleable condition — unopened and with original packaging intact.
- You contact us within 90 days of your original order to request your RAN.
- The item reaches us within the 90-day window.
For non-faulty returns, you are responsible for the return postage.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, do not throw away the packaging. Contact us immediately with photos of the parcel and the damage, and we'll sort a replacement or refund right away.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 2–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
What we can't accept
- Items returned without a Returns Authorisation Number.
- Items returned after the 90-day window.
- Opened or used cartridges that aren't faulty.
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper installation.
