If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us you can return it within 90 days of the original purchase date. If the item is faulty you will be eligible for an exchange, credit or refund at the price originally paid for the product; for items purchased in error, if the product is in pristine condition and fit for resale then we will authorise a return. For non-faulty items you are responsible for the postage costs to return your items. IN ALL CASES you must contact us to obtain a returns authorisation number before sending any items back. Your items must arrive within 90 days of the original purchase date to qualify. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting which is a free service offered by your local Post Office when returning items to us.
If your goods have been damaged in transit please retain the packaging and inform us immediately, giving us as much information as possible.
