Reliable quality, delivery and price.
Although your website said it was compatible with my printer, it wasn't
I ordered ink cartridges (in stock according to the website) on 27/6 for next working day delivery which would be Monday, 30/6, to a local pick-up shop.
An email on the Monday informed me that they were being sent from the UK - so they weren't in stock at their Irish office after all and obviously not being sent for the next working day.
I contacted ink.ie and a return email apologised and promised, "By way of compensation, we will refund your postage costs. This should be done within the next few days. You will be notified by email as soon as this is done." Now on 21/7, this has not been done.
The package arrived at the pick-up shop on the Wednesday evening. When I called in to collect it, the shop owner asked which courier. I said, "Fastway." He replied that they only dealt with UPS, DHL and one other which I forget but definitely not Fastway.
I replied that I had the email confirming delivery. He kept saying that he didn't deal with Fastway. Then he asked me to stand aside while he dealt with other customers. Ten minutes later he again said he didn't deal with any company other than those he named. Eventually he reluctantly went to look and much to his disappointment found the package.
Basically the items I ordered were not in stock and had to be shipped from the UK. The apology email from ink.ie said, "As our products are delivered by the postal services, it can unfortunately happen that delays occur, beyond our control. We sincerely apologise for this." It wasn't't the postal delay that was the problem, the problem was that the items were not in stock in the first place.
ink.ie promised a refund of the express shipping cost. After three weeks it hasn't' happened.
They also used a courier that wasn't recognised by their drop off shop.

Didn’t work at all despite many attempts. 2 weeks later still waiting for refund!!
